We’ve just downgraded to latest long term, I’ll update in 48hrs.can anyone confirm that version 6.44.5 is stable with the CCR1072?
Nothing!
I expected there to be more respect for customers by the Mikrotik... maybe one day...
Yeah must be, I used the all-in-one package.Upgraded RB411AH from 5.25 to 6.14. No problems.
I downloaded all packages and installed the packages that I needed, including the wireless package. Reboot....tada.
I assume the problem is with the upgrade package.
Upgrading from 5.x to 6.14 will remove wireless config so DON'T!![]()
If you want you can upgrade to 6.13 AND THEN to 6.14, that works fine.
Or maybe even an 8-12 ports SFP only switch/router?I just logged on to specifically request this same feature...
two or four ports would be awesome.
My licensed links do 250Mbps-375Mbps @ 256QAM depending on channel size.. I don't think it'd do us a disservice to have this info.well no kidding.. but it's nice to have an actual bench mark to shoot for.
function wireless_interface($arg1)
{
ros_command("interface wireless registration-table print count-only where interface='$arg1'")
}
wireless_interface(wlan1) -> returns value to dude for specified interface.
/ip firewall service-port enable pptp
Sorry for the late reply -- it was a Motorola DOCSIS 3.0 Cable modem. Can't remember the model off hand. I was using ether13 as the WAN port for the router.wildbill442, what device is connected to ether13 when these problems occur?
bummer... OK well at least i know its not just me!Ports 11, 12 and 13 on RB1100s were giving me all kinds of grief even on 4.11 so I pretty much stopped using them completely.
William, in beta6 we have a new latency optimization system, see newsletter
