Just confirm everything is working and my cable just direct connect to olt from mikrotik, no management switch between, if you're working by add management switch, you can just add small 8ports Cisco management switch to solve your problem.

I'm using exactly configuration and working fine, I can't see anything wrong with mikrotik and your Olt device for vlan.(i"m using same model with yours) And I believe mikrotik vlan config should be setup correctly (just add vlan to the interface, so easy, I believe u can do this) So I was poin...

i used and It working, u may use their ems management software to modify the ONU VLAN tag, you may read the manual file for details.

Sync with your near country ntp server (most of government was provided ntp time server for sync time with computer )

It is working and stable.

Try define src IP when you ping on multi-wan

Here is example:

ping 8.8.8.8 src-address=103.68.88.1 routing-table=BTCL

PS: 103.68.88.1 is your wan2 IP address.

Add a peer at bgp menu and setup dedicated route filter for your customer and prefix, everything will be worked.
