Re: Dude SD failed - unable to recover

My Dude already killed three pendrives and two SD cards. Doesn't matter if it's cheap or expensive. I had to move to normal HDD.

Dude database malformed

I had the Dude set up on Hex with a microSD card. After a few months A problem occcured: database malformed. It turned out the SD card failed, so I replaced it and it was fine for a while. After some time it happened again. After four microSD cards and two pendrives had ben destroyed by Dude, I deci...

Re: Hex port isolation

I mean port level isolation.
https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:C ... _Isolation.
In other words, blocking communication between ports that are not Uplink ports.

Hex port isolation

Hi
Is there a way to isolate ports while using routerboard with basic switch menu (like Hex) and hardware offloading? I used filter to isolate ports in bridge, but it doesn't work with HW offload.

Re: New device that supports The Dude server package: RB750r3 hEX [SOLVED]

Removed microSD from hex, put it in the card reader and ran fsck. Now it's back to normal.

Re: New device that supports The Dude server package: RB750r3 hEX [SOLVED]

Like I said in another topic, I have a problem with Dude on RB750r3. It was working great for a few months, but now It will queue bytes to write everytime I try to make a backup and it lasts forever. Reboot makes last changes disappear. I'm using Sandisk microSD Class 10, and I removed it from hex, ...

Re: dude, critical queued bytes for write to db

I have the same problem on 6.38.5. It started about two days ago on RB750r3 hEX with microSD. Now I can't add anything to the map because changes will be lost after each reboot because I don't have time to wait 4 days for backup to finish. Is there any solution to this problem yet?

DHCP on slave interface

Greetings

I would like to ask why it's no longer possible to run DHCP client on interface that is bridged? It was possible in older versions, was handy sometimes and never created any problems.

Re: Hotspot with devices behind NAT

Hi Sorry for gravedigging, but this topic helped me like five years ago to solve the problem that OP had. Unfortunately the problem returned after upgrade to v6.37.1 on one of my hotspots. It recognises hosts behind routers even when the address-pool is set to none. Is it a bug or is there a new way...
