Having same randomly on CCR1072, sometimes it not happening for couple of day or whole week and sometimes it happens two or three time a day.

Forget Mikrotik about multicast and use Cisco.
I had same problem, tried everything but after switching to cisco losing packet stopped. Mikrotik isn't good enough with multicast.

VPN is good solution. Drop access from public ip address and allow only from lan side.

The mobile provider don't provide public IP address, so you can not use functionality of public address, remote access to router, port forwarding etc..
