Hi all I have to deploy a WLAN for a scool whitch need to download video heavy files (up to 7GO) from a local server. I think that MIMO technology (802.11n) can provide the right solution for this case. I found a Mini-PCI module based on atheros XSPAN technologie whitch can provide up to 300Mbps BW....

Thx for this responce But once a ferequency has been choosen, and one day an other equipement has been used in the same frequency, can the MK router detect this interfernce and change frequency?? I suppose that MK don't scan frequencies all the time, so how can it detect and avoid interferencies??? ...

Hi all
Why Mikrotik products don't support automatic changing frequecy to avoid interferences???
Other products have this fature, why not Mikrotik?

I've seen the wiki but i didn't find enough information. In fact i don't need to use neither Hotspot nor accounting, all what i need is to secure Wireless access and i don't know on witch service (in Radius server section) should i apply Radius (wirless or loging ...)??!!
