When you have a lot of CCRs, I don't recommend standardising on an older version. When you buy new ones, they will not be able to run the older version. Running an older version would usually be motivated by the changes in the bridge/switch, and it does not apply to the CCR1009-7G anyway. That was ...

Thank you both very much.

Since we are provisioning a lot of CCRs, we use a shell-script. I think it should be possible to implement a corresponding logic.

Is it possible to update RouterOS to a specifiy version over CLI? So not the newest, but e.g. 6.40?

Disable POE & Boot / CCR1009-7G

Is there a way to disable PoE and Boot on eth7 on a CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+? The port is labeled as "POE/BOOT" and I would like to use it just as a normal eth-Port (such as eth4 for example), without PoE and PXE/Boot (or what it is). I didn't find any way to disable the PoE on this model. Thank ...
