I dont have this device but I got 4 other devices from MikroTik and all of them got LED's that work and from other hand you don't need to know rocket science to know how to power ON any device, right? So I assume you know what you doing and you not putting plug from power supply to ethernet port ;) ...

You mean after you downloaded and upgraded unit is not working? Probably something went wrong during upgrade and there is no OS so you need to upload firmware thru Netinstall

But use 192.168.88.2 not 192.168.1.2 in Wiki there is mistake.

What did you do with it before that happened? If you say nothing well then for sure something died inside, but if you move it, desk where is router, reconnected...whatever well then question is when you check other power supply did you check values? polarisation? Leave it like that, Dude shouldn't go higher then it is now. I had similar situation, you can see on screen I marked two highest points - those drops are "reboot"

6.41rc dont support master-port. They implemented new bridge (no more mastrer-port) so when you trying import old config it gives error

But where you want to see it? You can see it in Dude server it self or use Graphs in "Tools" menu and then you can see it on http://ip.of.your.router/graphs

They are both the same, diference is that one can be mounted in rack and second can't and it's smaller. For 200 users I think minimum is RB3011UiAS it's not much more expensive and it's ARM 2 cores, 1GB RAM...but in this case better someone more experience will say something.
