Many times I am not able to get into the powerbox via IP but when I do it's often a 100% CPU usage. It's as if something is flooding the powerbox. I have 4 in my network and all are experiencing this issue at various times.

This tutorial is excellent and eliminates alot of the confusion for those of us that aren't really good at using the CLI.

Note that one SXT is in BRIDGE mode.
The second is in Station Bridge mode.

Using this method you don't have to use WDS.

I am using this configuration now. The link shows 245 meg both directions, actual through put sxt to sxt is around 145 meg one direction, and about 95 meg through the link to a router. Subject to the limitation of a 100 meg Ethernet port on SXT's.

Distance is about 1 mile.

I was able to resolve this.

I changed the SXT to station mode and associated with the AP. Then I used IP neighbors and regular telnet. Once in I modified the Mesh and wireless settings and all is good.

Yes we did think of that, but we haven't had much of a problem. If we use PPoE then all customers behind a residential router would have access when one authenticates. Right?
