I have an environment where I have two IPSEC tunnels conecting our site with Azure. every couple of days, all internal access to servers and shares ( on the internal Lan) stops till I kill the IPSEC connections...

I do and it is at the bottom of all rules ( number 33 in my case)

Thank you, this was very helpful. I am more of a Juniper/ASA guy where things are a bit easier when we talk about HA... Manually updating the configuration is not problematic as we do not implement too many changes. I will give it a go and see how it works.
