I have a Ccr1009 and I'm trying to set the speed of some cpe and when I set in simple queue it didn't give me the speed I assigned even connected from the port of the Mk, when I set 10M its just gave me 4 or 5 M. I was wondering if someone could help me?

Id like to know why iam asigning some velocity to my MK CCR1009 and it didnt give the velocity I set, Example If i set 10M it just giving me 4 or 5 M when i have a line 0f 100M aveilable. Who Can help me with this?
