I also had a similar problem with the message in LOG: "CAP sent max keepalives without response." When running CAP and CAPsMAN on the same device, in my case on RB4011, you have to open packets from CAP to CAPsMAN on the firewall!!! /ip firewall filter add action=accept chain=input comment...

Works well on FW 6.45.5 including getting PUSHOVER from NETWATCH.
On FW 6.46.4 works only to send PUSHOVER manualy runing script, but doesn't work to send PUSHOVER from NETWATCH.
Any suggestion?
