Hi have you tried using the Backup boot loader to see if you can access the router and role back

Usually, you can do this by pressing the reset button for 3 seconds +/-

This is me assuming that there is an issue with the main bootloader after the update

I am sure there has to be a reason the caps lose their connection also at the time the cap goes down is there anything in the capsman/cap logs
