If cable connecting hEX PoE and camera is long, then detecton/negotiation can fail due to excessive cable resistence. I have a problem connecting Netmetal ac2 via hEX PoE powering by PoE. hEX PoE powered by 48V adapter. Only "forced on" PoE out on the hEX PoE turns on Netmetal ac2 router.
RoS 6.47 or 6.46.6.
There is no problem connecting Netmetal ac2 via CRS328-24P.
