winbox it works if within through interface wifi but it does not work if within through interface ethernet
why?

i made all and i don't resolve the problems

winbox disconnect every 30 sec and i can't see anything only interface menu,but with telnet session i haven't problems. but when i digit file license appear only software id and level license(=4) and doesn't appear the key...do i need the key? and also i don't the files about ip telephony ......wher...

i set this parameters:
ip address 192.168.0.1
subnet mask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.0.254 (ip address of router)
is it ok?
