hi I have mikrotik router board 1100AHx4 and router OS version is 6.42.3 (stable) I downloaded the user manager package from /mikrotik.com/Download and add to file list and reboot our system but user manager package do not add to winbox>System> package and I can not open the file manager in the brow...

User manager not adding in system package

I am new in the mikrotik
I have mikrotik router 100AHx4 and the router OS version is 6.42.3(stable)
I download the user manager package and add to file list and then reboot our system but do not added user manager package in the system package how can solve this problem
please help me .
