It turns out that someone in my network was using an application called netcut that was causing the issue.

Can't connect to internet with laptops over wireless, but can with other devices
I am using a RB750Gr3. I have it connected to the LAN ports of WiFi routers with DHCP turned off to use them as APs. I am able to get internet on my phones and Ubuntu laptops. However, my windows and mac laptop cannot seem to get full Internet access anymore. It detects the wireless network, connect...
