what if you do this... get a couple of extra NIC's on ur box... the one you use for outgoing..(to ur local ISP) this will give you 3 NIC's for outgoing... seting up each one with one of those IPs... then just use load ballancing bettween them... that was you will get the most of them... you can rout...

our main server is going to up to 100% load.... it is a MicrotikOS , it is not from a flood... as same thing happends if disconnect the NIC's & connect a screen/KB & login & watch the CPU load....
