Bug with Huawei MA5671A ONT SFP Module persisting in RC1: no link is detected.

When upgrading from 7.7 to 7.8rc no link is detected on the SFP module.

Just letting you know, after updating my rb5009 from 7.7 to 7.8beta3 there was no link detected on my Huawei MA5671A ONT. Reverted back to 7.7 and everything works perfectly fine again. Not sure if this might be SUP-105042 (on which I could not find any more Information on) but it was also mentioned...

WifiWave2 CAPsMAN can be installed on non AP devices as well, aside from SMIPS and MIPSBE architectures. I would love to see support for wifiwave2 capsman come to typical router devices like the rb series. It makes sence to manage the network from a single point - wich is probaly why non-WiFi devices like the rb3011 have capsman installed in the first place, even though it does not have WiFi itself?
