I don't see any issue with that: Firstly, you can test it yourself that other versions do that as well. Therefore it can't be version related bug. Secondly, it is link-local address. in IPv6 world, it serves similar purpose as MAC addresses in IPv4 world. As long as they are on different networks, ...
