20H+ over 6 days in on this issue before I found this forum. I had tried dam near everything to include another hAP ax 3!. The only work around was to roll back to 7.14.3. What a joke! Try disabling LCD altogether. It's known that updating LCD contents affects router's performance quite signifficantly.

RB3011UiAS speed issue, When testing speeds to the ISP the results come in as 465Mb Down stable and the upload first hits 200Mb but then fast drop to 80Mb ISP Sold speed 500/500 actual speed is 465/465. It appears the country: united states3 is the most current revision of the FCC standards and is the best performing for most users.

Yes it can work.

The best way to accomplish this is to contact CenturyLink and get a ONT with a direct SFP out put. This will be the easiest. But you would have to go through CenturyLink business support as this is not offered through there residential offering normally.

Issue resolved!

Found the issues to be the use of a MikroTik compatible DAC cable that was not compatible with the NIC. So I switched out the SFP Transceivers. Issue solved

Mind blown...

Issue resolved!

CCRs is connected via the SFP + port connected to the CRS SFP + port 1 as configured as a Lan bridge. And all their Network equipment connects off of the 10-gig switch through SFP + ports. We have multiple aoc's and dacs test results don't vary depending on what we use both come back the same result...

All MiktoTik equipment we are using has v6.45.7 as the OS and the Boards firmware updated and we tested with 6.44.6 and 7.0B3 all came back with the same results and same issues. Also all equipment was factor reset with minimum changes to make the network usable. That said tomorrow we will test with...

I'm happy to perform any test to continue troubleshooting these issues. I have done point to point file transfers before with similar results some ports perform well with high throughput and low ping and others with low through put and high loss

Found some of the port will go full speed if I bounce the port with speed trouble and on some this has no effect. After a reboot the issues return.

Issues present across 2 separate CRS-317-1G-16S+
I do not believe this is a hardware issue. This looks to be a Firmware issue.

I originally anticipated it was a hardware issue so I bought a second crs317 but this time the issues are present on most of the same ports will post detail test results soon. I've also retested this with multiple isps and multiple SFP and received the same results.

I achieved these test results by using the same SFP the same client same computer on all ports between 2 and 16
