Yes tried to change it to 1000/full but it doesnt link up. Right now I have solved it with borrowing two SR SFPs (fiber) and they work without a problem, so right now it is only GLC-T SFPs that isnt woriking. Got them to work in RouterOS when I upgraded to the beta release of it, but dont work right...

Have a CRS309-1G-8S+ runnig SwOS 2.9 built on 7 Jan, it says there is an upgrade from 21 Feb I click on upgrade and reboot it restart but dont upgrade.
Can I download the file anywhere and do a manual upgrade?
