Just wanted to say I experience the same issue.
I was able to downgrade to 7.12.1 and it solved the issue.

I guess the issue is related to new ovpn features in 7.14 (https://mikrotik.com/download/changelog ... able-v7_14), most notably the ability to add a route push.

I have the same issue, I can't believe this wouldn't support anything else but pap in openvpn configuration, will send an email to mikrotik to double check
