I'm seeing the same error. We just tried stair-stepping from 6.48.6 to 6.49.13 to 7.12.1 to 7.15.3. Using VM Snapshots, we reverted to 7.12.1 and it seems to be stable.

To follow up, we replaced 2 of the CRS328-4C-20S-4S+ switches with our standard CRS326-24S+2Q+ switches. Optics are unchanged. All issues resolved. Just to complicate matters, it appears that the optics that Siklu recommends seem to work fine. We use fs.com and other generics.
