Data Transfer Over Limit Notification

Dear Admins,

I was wondering if there's a script for my CCR1072 to send an email when the data rate limit is exceeded after a specific amount of time?

So for example,if my Rx or Tx value > 300 Mbps for more than 10 mns, send an email.

Thanks

Re: BGP session stuck in connect state

Thanks so much for your response. Unfortunately, the disable/enable does not help :-( It still gets stuck at the "connect" stage :-( Even a reboot of the CCR does not re-establish the connection. Will hope v7 upgrade fixes it. Waiting until v7 is super stable before upgrading then will rep...

Re: BGP session stuck in connect state

I assume that remote peer is also MT?
No, they must be using a different equipment. But all was working perfectly fine without any changes to our config. Suddenly it stopped establishing and shows "connect" instead of established :-(

BGP session stuck in connect state

Dear SysAdmins, Ports in the firewall are allowed, everything used to work correctly, no config changed - however, for the past few weeks, we've noticed that our BGP connection is stuck on "connect" which means new routes are not being advertised and any changes are not taken effect. The o...

Re: BGP Update Question

Thanks guys for the response but both options provided do fail. The prefix's still not announced by doing this. Any other pointers?

Thanks

BGP Update Question

Dear Colleagues,

Quick question please - Is there some kind of cache TTL for BGP Announcements? And if so, where to find the option? The reason is that we always have to kill the session completely before the BGP sees new prefixes.

Thanks

Re: BGP Manual Refresh

Hi mrz, Thanks for the response. Disabled/Enabled the peer, and then rebooted the box and also switched off the CCR completely for 10 mns and powering it back on, but no effect - The routes are still not being advertised :-( and yes, they're added/filtered exactly the same way as all the previous on...

BGP Manual Refresh

Dear SysAdmins, We're looking to hard refresh our BGP session. The command ' /routing bgp peer refresh ' is a soft reconfigure which isn't what we're after. We need the hard BGP refresh. On a cisco router, the command is clear ip bgp IP out Would anyone know what the equivalent on a mikrotik is? We'...

Alert via email when bandwidth exceeded

Dear Fellow SysAdmins, In the Interfaces > Interface > Columns Tx / Rx, i would like the system to send an email alert when the values in this exceeds a specific Mbps for x amount of time. So for example, if Tx or Rx > 200 Mbps for 5 mns continuous for BGP interface, then send an email. Any way of d...
