Anyone know if the ATL's modem is replaceable? And/or if an "ATL R" model will be released? Love the MIMO-ness of the ATL...but the LTE18 band plan looks pretty poor for the US/NA (e.g. no B12 and its ilk). I too want one of these without the R11mL-EG18-EA modem. I need to put in a Verizo...

Re: SXT w/ EP06-AF - No Such Data Channel

Did you reboot? I have noticed after making changes, RouterOS requires reboot to make many things to work. I If reboot does not fix your issue, reset config and do a setup from scratch. If that does not work, downgrade to 6.48.1 and setup from scratch. I have R11e-LTE6, EP06-A and EG25 working in EC...

Re: US LTE recommendations [SOLVED]

Do you currently get strong signal from one of the carriers where you need to use a LTE device? If not, you may need to consider outdoor solution.
I use https://www.cellmapper.net to check nearby tower locations and what LTE bands they use. This will help you to narrow down your options.

I have been logging lte topic all along which has been helping.. so apparently the ROSv7 firmware doesnt correctly ship the APN to the modem?

Re: Chateau LTE12 LTE --- connect failed

I have not had time to confirm this, but your issue may be result of EG12-EA not passing correct APN to provider, even though it is correctly setup in ROS7 beta8

Try setting APN directly on modem via AT command AT+CGDCONT.

Support asked me to try "at+cfun=1". Sometimes takes few tries or I am just impatient, but it seems to fix the internal error. But the fix is temporary, until you make a change affecting modem or LTE interface or reboot.

#2 Generally you have to use a pre-activated SIM. The modem needs to be certified for use with the carrier and the IMEI has to be loaded into the carrier database to qualify for activation. In most cases you cannot activate a new line of service with the modem IMEI. Many use a Cradlepoint or Pepwav...
