Had same issue with Mikrotik RB260GSP and Ubiquiti LAP 120.
Force PoE wont help. But works fine with PoE injectir or PoE out port of Mikrotik RB4011. The RB260 powered with Mikrotik Data over Powerline PRO with 0.25m patchcord, it would be funny if "long ether1 cable" option will help
