ChangeIP script and ROS v3.25,26,27....

Hey guy's. I've searched the forum and it seems that other people are also experiencing issues with the changeIP script and the latter versions of ROS. Yet, I'm not finding any solutions... Does any one know if there is a fix as yet? My problems started with v3.25 and persists with v3.27. It just do...

And who teaches us to do scripting...? So many people want this feature - can't you guy's then (the product develoopers who knows best about the product), design a ip - hostname resolving script to use? Or at least chuck something on the wiki about how to script... User manuals are a necessity for a...

Feture Request: Hostname compatibility instead of IP address

The subject sais it all.

Why do we have to use IP addresses and can't we use hostnames like pretty much any other router in the world...??

It renders mikrotik useless in scenarios where you obtain dynamic IP's. (I'm no hakzor so I've not mastered the art of scripting...)

Feature Request: Editable User manager pages

This is some thing I was told will receive some attention in the near future - some 2 / 3 years back... Currently, if you want your own look and feel to radius user admin pages, you have to spend money on 3rd party radius managing software, or be a linux gurru to be able to set up a radius server wh...

Hey guy's. So I've checked out all the options you have to enter and display on the hotspot status page ( http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/3.0/pnp/hotspot_content.php#.15 ) and I must say that this next bit is quite stupid really...
