Is it possible to setup the Hotspot utility using Winbox? I tried to get it to work for awhile but never succeeded.

what do I do if there is no domain name for the hotspot server? What if it just has an IP address. Can I simply put that in for the domain name?

I tried to get the Hotspot feature setup on my routerOS. And after I created everything(i think it was everything) I tested the setup and none of the clients who connected got a browser push. Any ideas as to what I did wrong?
