External www users should reach the server indirectly by contacting the main router which forwards that to the server via the wireguard tunnel Y/N -> YES 3. Re: Double NAT with 2 WAN and wireguard

This is it. The port is an exemple for the simplification. In fine, it's to acces to a webservice. Is only for M2M transactions, with devices who contact an API (embedded on the PC/server). So, some few connections. The external device contact the HEX via ISP1 on port 502, the port is forwarded to A...

Re: Double NAT with 2 WAN and wireguard

Hello Anav :D , Because this picture is the light version of need. ISP1 is not on the same place of the ISP2. To put it simply, the goal is to be able to have NAT routing on IPs that cannot have it. Typically on standard SIMs without a fixed IP. I already have this type of infrastructure (based on W...

Double NAT with 2 WAN and wireguard

Hello, What is the best practice to make a correct "double NAT" when i have 2 different WAN. I have add dst-nat to NAT the 502 port on RT_HEX, NAT ISP1 WAN to go to RT_ATL, and a dst-nat 502 port on RT_ATL to go to PC, through the wireguard. ISP1 is a HEX on a fiber with static IP, ISP2 is...

Re: New LHGGM LTE18 // No LTE on several ISP

No idea ?

I have found a potential bug. If i force the band of the ISP tower, the LHGM sync in LTE, with one or 2 band (CA) for exemple.
if I don't specify the band, the LHGM doesn't connect in LTE mode, only HSUPA !

Like the LHGM doesn't retrieve the band used automatically by the ISP !

Probably me, but in France.

Issue : some SXT (3 or 4 this summer) crashs radomly, without any message in log. Updated (FW + Bootloader + LTE).
The watchdog don't reboot the device, need to shutdown the power supply.

Is the same issue ?

Problem solved !

Issue due to an Ubiquiti WLAN out of date. I have, between my MT hEX and my LHGG an old WLAN ubiquity with a POE output (to link the LHGG), to simplify my installation....

Ubiquity replaced by a simple AC LR, direct connection between my hEX and my LHGG : full bandwith !

Re: L2TP - Port forwarding from WAN to L2TP device

Hi, have you tried using Source NAT together with Destination NAT? Once you open communication with your hEX on specific dst port, you are using your public IP as a source. hEX forwards the traffic to the L2TP tunnel, but the source IP remains the same. I’d say when you connect to “54.0.0.2:10012”,...

After 2 days of research, i've found my solution:

First, before adding any mangle, think to disactivate the fasttrack !

And apply this procedure : https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Q ... Q_Examples

Result : bandwidth applied on all connection with a fixed speed.
