Still no response?

Whats wrong with this device?
I cant boot to netinstall or reset this haplite tc

I have couple of times i successfully installed from netinstall. But in the end still not saving after i unplug from power outlet

I watch couple of videos do same procedure how to reset but those videos not working

I have same problem i cannot do reset button. Sometimes work but all the time it cant do reset i have successfully installed fresh routeros 6.46.8 haplite tc.. after installed it works and I have doubt if i unplug this it will not work again..and i am right after unplug issue again. Haplite tc notnw...

I have successfully installed routeros-mips 6.47.7 and it works after this i take from power source.. next morning i turn on but the device light not blinking.
Port 1 and 4 steady light
I cant do reset
