Re: Out of disk space - upgrading hAP Lite from v6.35 to v6.35.2

Prepare a new and better router with new RouterOS and ship it to the site. Tell them to throw the hAP Lite in the bin, where it belongs.
Ahh, fantastic! Why didn't I think of that sooner :)

Thanks!

Re: Out of disk space - upgrading hAP Lite from v6.35 to v6.35.2

All other optional packages, that were available for SMIPS, are now integrated in the big package. But it is unlikely that you can just upgrade to that version without running out of space, choose the "backup, netinstall, restore backup" path instead. Thanks for the update! Any indication...

Re: Out of disk space - upgrading hAP Lite from v6.35 to v6.35.2

Hi!

Trying to accomplish this by doing a package x package upgrade to ros v7.2.3

However, anyone know why the latest SMIPS all_packages only include 1 package (tr069-client)???

Anyone/where to ask to check?

Thanks!

DHCP assign static outside pool

Hi! Can't find related info and my brain hasn't untangled the logic, but wondering if I can assign static leases/ips outside the dhcp server pool? (all inside same subnet) ie, have x.x.x.200-x.x.x.250 /24 main pool. Want to set aside some devices to use x.x.x.180-x.x.x.199. 1- can I just set those s...

Re: DNS, NTP firewall rules question

Hi! Sorry to latch on this thread, but wanted to expand on the above with an additional question: What if I want to catch clients using other dns servers only? I run my mikrotik as dns catching server. Would like to catch all other requests and redirect/server from the device. However, most clients ...

Pass DoH/DNS-over-TLS DHCP options to clients?

Hi, Trying a DNS server + filtering solution (cloud based) for SOHO, working quite well at the moment. Got some useful statistics coming thru. However, main dashboard is listing my main IP only (router), which is expected. I do have the option of "naming" clients if using DoH or DNSoverLTS...

Re: SIM card position for LHG LTE kit

OK.... so after careful inspection of the SIM slot, there are a couple of bent pins. Managed to (very gently) pull them up a little. Looks like they where not contacting the SIM. Worked! Unfortunately looks like only one pin left on that side :( Thinking of getting a SIM extender so I don't remove/i...
