In fews POPs i have two redundant links, but my problem is, when a redundant link port that is advertising the network goes down, it seems that OSPF/MPLS does not understand that...

RouterOS have a update for the problem? I'm on 6.48.4 with a CCR1036 and the problem happens every 30 days approximately. The router works with OSPF and EoIP Tunnels.
