I'd like to also ask this question. I have an RB5009 running ROSv7 and have seen in comments that maybe having the bridge set in RSTP or MSTP is better? A couple of things to consider here. Did you ever get this working?
Can you confirm you have configured the Mikrotik dhcp-server for option 82. I think I read somewhere that a dhcp server that does not have it configured is not aware that it needs to read into the circuit-id, vendor-id, etc.
