Activation of license with no internet access..

Hello folks, I have a CHR on corporate LAN and the only way to access internet is via external proxy http://x.x.x.x:3189 and this require user id password.. any linux/windows box have proxy settings and internet access is no a problem how can I activate the license on CHR - stuck here...?
