How does it look if you would rotate modem in any direction? In my case problem is that SXT LTE6 and LHG LTE6 are switching connections constantly - both bands. When I'll use Cell Lock on one stable band then it almost never pick up another band.

It pickups wrong towers? LHG is very directional - I have problem in river valley with constantly switching to signal which is reflects/bounces from opposite side. Did you use Cell Monitor and Cell Lock?
