Mikrotik support got back to me and said to RMA it so I’m going to wind up sending it back to Streakwave for a refund as they don’t have any replacements available. It’s been kind of a bum...

I just got 2 of these today from Streakwave. 1 of them is fine the other is doing exactly as the OP describes.

I can’t seem to find a solution other than to send it back to Streakwave for a refund since they don’t have any to exchange. Is there another option?
