can I instal windows on partition and Mikrotik on other at the same hard disk

d:\mikrotik

1- mikrotik can define USB lan
2- if i installe RouterOS on my pc, it ask me for format disk, is it formatted all disk or just main partion and what the extension of the formatted disk
