We bought 8 of these switches and had the same issue on one of them. We RMA it and the replacement did not have this problem with identical config. I'd contact support in the first instance.

After i upgraded my 2 CRS326-24S+2Q+ pairs of switches in MLAG setup from 7.6 to 7.9.2, i faced with random packet loss between random hosts. After i moved back to 7.6 everything working normally. We are seeing this issue too. Have been a happy CRS328-24P-4S+ user with over 50 in use rock solid. Bought a 354 2 weeks ago and it came with 7.6 installed and was not passing traffic intermittently. Sounds like the issue is the same as yours. Also have a 354 from a few years ago on 6.48.2 and that ...
