Re: how to block youtube shorts?

Unfortunately, YouTube doesn’t give an option to completely block Shorts, but there are a couple of workarounds. You can try using a browser extension to filter them out or avoid clicking on Shorts to train the algorithm to show you less of them. If you’re making your own content and want to edit do...

Re: WinBox for MacOS ??

I feel you on that! I’ve had a similar experience trying to run software on emulators, and it can be such a hassle when things don’t work right. I’ve been using CrossOver too, and while it gets the job done, having a native MacOS NetInstall would definitely simplify things. It’s just frustrating whe...

Re: Tiktok Live Problems

Hey, I’ve had the same issue with TikTok Lives not working on certain routers, including Mikrotik. It seems like there might be some settings causing interruptions in how the router handles certain types of traffic, especially with streaming. What worked for me was tweaking the firewall settings and...

Re: Connection Timeouts UDP / UDP Stream / SIP

You're definitely on the right track with the UDP timeout concepts! I recommend creating firewall rules that allow traffic specifically between VLAN1 and VLAN3 for AirPrint while keeping VLAN2 completely isolated. For printing, you could set up your printer on...

Re: LHG LTE6 needs restart twice a day to work

I’ve had a similar issue with my LTE setup before. It sounds like it could be a memory leak or something with the interface that’s causing the slowdown. Have you tried checking the system logs to see if anything stands out before you restart? Sometimes a simple reset of the whole unit can help too, ...

Recommend me a VPN

Hi peps,

Searching for a VPN with clear IP adresses, ready to pay a good ammount just to have them easily switching and clear IP adresses.

Someone experienced this? Used TunnelBear, but slow connections and always spam ips, so I am wasting time on checking them before connecting.

Mikrotik NAS External AAA

Customers randomly are not able to browse, we have noticed that those cannot ping to their Gateway. This should not be the case. Whether internet connectivity is there or not and once you remove the customer from the Active & Host List of hotspot tab , then customer starts to browse again.
