load balancing on 2 ip on 1 ethernet

Dear All,
Can I do load balancing on 1 ethernet port that has 2 different IPs?
I got 1 IP from an ISP and another IP from another ISP, because of hardware limitation, I only can use 1 ethernet port.
Can I do load balancing on this situation? Is there any solution?
Thanks you.

Regards,
Andre
