Re: CRS Netinstall stuck on junmping to kernel code

Yeah, the problem is with RouterBOOT. I have RMA'd my remaining switches.

If only Mikrotik would provider the latest RouterBOOT for these switches I'm sure the issue can be solved without having to RMA.

Re: CRS317 cant even configure simple trunking

Have you tried to downgrade sys to 6.39.3 ?? CRS317 can only go to 6.40.5 not lower. You only really need a single bridge instance (stop thinking in CCR ways when it comes to a switch). Under /bridge/ports, set the PVID (under the VLAN tab) for the ports you want in "Access mode" in the v...

Re: CRS Netinstall stuck on junmping to kernel code

I've found that the restriction lies in the card EEPROM's. ROS will report whatever the eeprom allows, as Nomis said.

What happened to the channels above 2.5Ghz?

I have an AP with the "extra-wireless" feature with RouterOS 2.8.27. The documentation mentions that one can use channels in the 2512-2732Khz range. (2.5Ghz-2.6Ghz) (See the bold section below) interface wireless info> print 0 interface-type=Atheros AR5212 tx-power-control=yes ack-timeout-...
