i think i really did sort it this time, let me pre-empt this by i am very new to mikrotik and this is my first router setup. I had Pre-emptive mode setup on both Main and Backup. Hi I have two CCR2116-12G-4s I have them setup with VRRP and most time this works fine But occasionally Router 2 (backup router) becomes RM while Router 1 stays RM This causes internet drop outs.
