Cloud IP Address reports wrong

I have been using cloud on microtik and works very well. I have setup a new router RB951Ui-2HnD Ver 6.19. When I try to ping the DNS name it reports to an incorrect IP. When forceing it to update the DNS name will change. Forceing it again will change the name again and still pings to incorrect IP. ...

I can see a better signal value also. As far as ping times, This could be how the network is built. If you route it, ping time will be a little more than if you bridge. Both has advantages and disadvantages. Mikrotik seems to have higher ping times than staros. I have used both in building the netwo...

Re: Praise for the Beta Version 6

I have loaded Beta version 6 and have tested with VOIP. I have to say I think that this is the best I have ever seen Mikrotik perform. I have SIP VOIP running and wireless with QOS and it performs like it has never done before. Wireless seemd to work better and is more responsive. The only thing I ...

I've seen issues with the periodic calibration (already discuessed with support, ...

Time Alloted for use

I wanted to verify what I see about the time that you set for credits. If you setup a user for a 24hr period. Does this mean that this user get 24hrs to use total? For an example the user is setup on 11/16/06 at 3:00pm. Would his time end at 11/17/06 at 2:59pm or does it mean that he has 24hrs to us...

Sprint S620 EDVO Card

Has anyone used the Sprint S620 Card from Novatel Wireless? It says on the back of the card MERLIN S620. I can see it in the /system/resource/usb as 1.2 Novatel Wireless Inc.. When I setup the ppp out connection and have it dial and monitor the card says reseting link and does not go any further. Ei...
