There is a new protocol named NAPT-PT Network Address Port Translation + Protocol Translation but I don't know if Mikrotik support this new protocol but you can find a software that can do this. i have some problem, no i throw my rb800. , use rb433AH most stable. I have installed ros.v.4.6 on Rb600,
but after that some problems arise, such as:
setting Queue always appear "unlimited" on max-limit,
IP address no recognized / cannot ping

I can not describe further, because I quickly changed back to ros v.4.5

I have done such a thing. ADSL modem - Bridge - Mikrotik

There were no problem.Disable all DHCP servers in adsl modem and bridge devices.

i have config : DHCP Disable ( ADSL Mdm ) , ADSL Modem on bridge mode.

i want to use PPP (PPPoE) on Mikrotik to dial ISP.

- ADSL Modem = standart modem, such as D-Link ( Mode bridging)
- Wireless Bridge = Nano station 2 (mode bridge)
- Router = Mikrotik 2.9.51

there is no such device currently on the market. but when we make RB21 and RB800 - RouterOS will have drivers ready
