We had a simliar issue with a radio repeater to IP to radio repeater application that is using multicast.

You need to load the multicast package and then setup the IGMP Proxy under Routing -> IGMP Proxy -> Interface

Has anyone tried to run two BGP feeds on two different RouterOS boxes with OSPF in the middle? If so I would be interested in your settings to try to duplicate it here.
