Finaly I got my eoip tunnel running (I didn't bridge the physical interface to the tunnel interface).

Made four tunnel interfaces on each MT and can ping the remote addresses. Everything works fine. But when I try to make a bonding interface I don't get a connection on that interface.

I have 2 MTs both with a 3com ethernet interface and a routerboard 44. I made a bonding on the interfaces of the routerboard 44 on MT1 and MT2 such as shown in the example of the reference.
