Filtering dhcp - private ip

Hi!

The ISP gives internet access over a cable modem. If the cable modem does not sync up, it will give dhcp an address from the 192.168.0.0/16 pool.
I would not like to accept dhcp from this domain, only from a public domain. How could this be configured in the routing filter dynamic-in branch?

look at target address fields 10.10.1.1 and 10.10.1.1/32 are not the same.

You should use
/queue simple set [find target-addresses=10.10.1.1/32 ] disabled=yes
On older version 10.10.1.1 and 10.10.1.1/32 are the same. Ok, I will use the /32 format. Tested and working with the older version :)

10mb is the best I have been able to make using any combo with a RB112. The problem is always the cpu is at max usage. The easy fix for this was to use rb532's instead on all backhauls. If you read this document you will see up to 50Mbit with rb112 (and 133) So I think either the document is hype o...

tune up link - rb133

Hi! I want to make point-to-point link with two rb133 (not 133c) with RB52 mPCI cards. The distance is ~300m, the air is totally clean, no noise :) no other 5GHz link in the near. I'm using 16dBi antennas. The problem is only 10Mbit can transfer between the other side. PC (2.8GHz-MT2.9.40)---RB133--...

No, only two dns servers are possible.
Probably you can change primary, secondary dns configuration with scripts.
The most efficient solution to use stable DNS server as 'primary-server' in dns configuration.
Ok, thanks. Than I will use netwatch to controll gateways and set dns servers.

I think you may try to use 'priority' option in the queues.
- Create mangle, that marks VoIP traffic.
- Create queue entry, that has priority=1 configured.
Have you ideas marking skype, msn and any other sip packets?
5060-506x is not enough, because it is possibe to use random ports etc.

On the 112 rb there is 2 LED pairs for MiniPCI slots. How work these leds? Must be configure it, or anything else? These 2 pairs are always off default? Or card specific?
The RouterBOARD 14 Four-Slot miniPCI Adapter's status led (in a pc) works fine without any configuration.
