DHCP Relay Problem? Started after 2.9.46 upgrade

Anyone using RouterOS 2.9.46 on an Intel platfrom that is using the DHCP with the relay option under the DHCP server settings? We have multiple downlevel routers that relay DHCP offers to the head-end Mikrotik for their downstream LAN subnets. This was working until we went with 2.9.46 last week. :(...

Anyone know the default Arp cache timeout on the Mikrotik?

Would anyone out ther know what the default ARP age timeout is on the Mikrotik ethernet interfaces? The default on Cisco routers is 4hrs...can't seem to find anything on the Mikrotik routeros.

Running 2.9.30.
