But what I meant was to reset the power to the minipci-e , minipci, usb ports by script. Not physically.
Is this possible?

Hi all, We work a lot with 3G Modems and rb411. Sometimes, the modem gets hung-up. A watchdog script will reboot the router but the modem is still Hung-up. The only way to overcome this is to cut the power to the router and then power it up again. Is there a way to cut the power to the USB ports on ...

Hi,
Thanks. But I used the same modem type, antenna, carrier on all links. O bandwidth test, all 3 modem gave the same bandwidth.
Is there anything I can do to aggregate 3G modems speed?

Hi all, I tried to bond 3 3g modems. Two 411 boxes, each with 3 modems. Eoip from every modem (3 tunnels), bonding interface that includes the eoip interfaces. I can see that the data is distributed on all 3 modems, but the bandwidth is slower then with one eoip tunnel. I tried balance-rr and 802.3a...

Hi all
I have an hp pda. When trying to get ip from mt 2.8 it can not.
This happens only on pda. On laptops its fine.
Any suggestion?

If you issue a ping to outside ip , will it work?
And ping an address (like : walla.com)
Maybe only mikrotik is your problem?

Check your gateway address
Check that ftp can pass outside your network
