I use RouterOS. I tried to switch to SNMP now and it works with it. So I can use SNMP. Is there any advantage of using RouterOS instead of SNMP or vice-versa?
I upgraded to 3.5 now and it's not updating again. All links show 0bps until I open settings of its Mikrotik device. When I close it, the update stops again.
Isn't there some setting to let it update automaticaly all the time?

I'm facing a problem looking exactly like this. My Dude server resides on PC (Windows XP) and local connections work well, outside connections through forwarded TCP port work unusably slow. The port-forwarding is done by Mikrotik ROS.
I don't know what happend but it's working now.. I'll set the production enviroment to this settings (now on static settings - no ospf) and I'll hope it'll work. Thank you for your help!
